The minister was accompanied by Levan Mebonia, chairman of the Board of Directors of Enguri HPP LLC, Joni Chania, head of the Arch Dam department, Giorgi Mirtskhulava, executive director of Energon, the company carrying out the current rehabilitation works, and Malkhaz Toria, acting State Representative in Samegrelo–Zemo Svaneti.
